Enter to win a copy of Tomboy: A Graphic Memoir signed by the author, Liz Prince! Winners will be announced on December 31st, 2014.

Tomboy follows award-winning author and artist Liz Prince through her early years and explores—with humor, honesty, and poignancy—what it means to “be a girl.”
From staunchly refuting ”girliness,” to discovering through the punk community that your identity is whatever you make of it, Tomboy offers a sometimes hilarious, sometimes heartbreaking account of self-discovery in modern America.

With your entry, share a short anecdote in the comments field of a time when you may have felt different or isolated from your peers. And if you have any advice for young adults who are struggling with issues of identity, add that too!

Lastly, we’re excited to share the news that that Tomboy has earned a place on the KIRKUS REVIEWS’ BEST BOOKS OF 2014 list, and as well as the TEXAS LIBRARY ASSOCIATION (TLA)’s Maverick Graphic Novel Reading List.
Tomboy also came out in the Top Ten of the final round of GOODREADS CHOICE AWARDS 2014 in the Best Comics and Graphic Novels category.
